If you’re a fanatic of sci-fi movies, you might want to check this one out. The genre of sci-fi imprinted an image to the people and it became a well-admired genre of all time. From Star Wars to the current sci-fi movies, the theme continued to grow and it unquestionably retained its reputation in the movie industry. The combination of such genre and the technology we have right now makes the movies we can see on screen as amazing as it is. Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets is one of the movies that gained praise due to its amazing visuals.

The movie was inspired by science fiction comic series named “Valerian and Laureline” that originated in France. The comic was written by Pierre Christin and illustrated by Jean-Claude Mezieres. The author didn’t take the idea of adapting the comic for a movie. However, he was actually encouraged by the illustrator Jean-Claude Mezieres to work on this film instead of The Fifth Element. Thus, the birth of this movie came about.

This 3D science fiction action-adventure epic latest movie was created by Luc Besson. All the  directing, production, and screenplay are done by him. The production had a co-producer, and  that is his wife VirginieBesson-Silla (how inspiring!). It had been both a blessing and a curse for  them. The outcome gave them the lesson that imagination is, indeed, the imagination is the  only limit.
